Danner, Wilbert R. (1924 - 2012)

Professor Emeritus Wilbert R. (Ted) Danner was born, raised, and educated in Washington State. He came to Vancouver and the University of British Columbia as a Professor of Geology in 1954. He had a long career at UBC as a stratigrapher, and was known for his contributions to sedimentary geology more broadly, palaeontology, and the geology of B.C. and Northern Washington.
