O'Kelly, T. P.

Captain O’Kelly worked for the Hudson’s Bay Company out of Edmonton, by dog team, in the Great Slave Lake area. He came originally from Ireland. He later lived in Vancouver, where he entrusted his collection to Evelyn O’Neill.
