Iconographic meaning
Two women and one male dressed in medieval clothing within a shield shape. This tile would have been situated on one of the corners of the stove where heraldic shields were usually placed.

Physical description
Corner earthenware stove tile in shape of curving green shield on yellow branch with green leaves. In the centre of the shield is a relief group of three seated people in yellow, brown and blue clothing. Rough unglazed back.
