Black circle at centre of paper has a thunderbird with profile head, open beak, and a frontal body with perpendicular wings, wing at side on right is diagonal to body; three feathers from each wing follow circular form; bent leg with three claws at side on left; three tail feathers; light purple ovoid and u forms outlined in orange-pink emphasize features. Two staple holes in upper corner on left; yellow stain below and to left of image; creasing at lower edge on left. On reverse, at centre top: "printed forms made by Bill Reid"; black marks behind image on reverse side (possibly a result of the printing process ?).
