“Kla-How-Ya” from Totem Pole Land

Painting of upper portion of a totem pole, with a thunderbird at the top and a Dzunuk’wa figure below. In background there is a pencil sketch of British Columbia. The artist began to paint the coast of British Columbia with black paint but did not finish doing so. The title is broken into three lines of text, two of which run along the top of the image and one along the bottom. There are straight pencil lines underneath the text. Also written in pencil are instructions for colours to be used in the image. There is also writing in pencil on the back of the paper.
