According to Farrand (p. 396) this may be the "Cluster of Flies" pattern (Lillooet or Lower Thompson areas).

Coiled basket (with bifurcated stitches) with pedastal foot. Watch-spring base construction. Imbricated design of double-diamond in tri-colour of natural cat-tail grass (?), black and red cherry bark (repeats 6 times). Foot has continuous scallop pattern in black with red.
