kaayd hllngaay daajing (Hat)

Conical woven hat with a wide, circular brim and a flat top. Various twined weaves: brim is mixed twined work (diagonal twilled design of chevron patterns). Crown is plain twined weave with twisted twine work on center of top. Braided border. Diagonal twined inner head band. Northwest Coast design painted around the brim, sides and top in black, blue and red.
