Normal sized circulating coin

Round coin with a four-sided hole in the centre, and a rim around the outer edge and the centre hole. The obverse has four characters, and the reverse has two characters. Xianfeng tongbao (top-bottom-right-left) in the formal style of Chinese characters are on the obverse; boo kiyan left-right (mintmark) in Manchu are on the reverse. Outer rim is not even; inner rim is broken in places; extra metal is in the centre hole; rim pits and flaws; moulds are not aligned.
