Narrative
The artist sold the box to the MOA Shop. The Acquisition committee decided to purchase it from the Shop for the Museum collection.

Intruder mask.
Physical description
Mask with a black hair-like design on top of head, a white forehead, black brows, blue around eyes outlined in white, red eye sockets, black and white flat circular eyes, a black nose with a curved bridge and rounded red nostrils, a black moustache with downturned ends, wide slightly parted red lips, and a white u-shaped design on each cheek. There are drilled holes on each side and at the centre top with a leather strip passed through each hole and knotted. The leather strips are tied together at the back of the mask.
