Narrative
Williams called this a thunderbird although the design seems to be based on the traditional American eagle. Arthur Adams was Francis Williams' first teacher in Haida carving.
Physical description
Carved silver pendant of a thunderbird. The bird looks to its right and has its wings raised so they meet above its head. There is a small loop at this point. Inscription on back.
