Two images on transparent paper glued horizontally to each side of larger heavier paper. One side has half of a frontal animal, possibly a bear, head has split u ear; thick curved brow above eye ovoid; curled nostril; wide continuous lip band; protruding tongue. Faint graph-lines over image. Hole in upper corner on left; "So-4" written in ink at upper corner on right. On reverse whole head of partial image described above; faint pencil graph-lines at side on right.
