Wufus

Series 46/50. From Box Set II, a portfolio of eight original limited edition serigraphs and one intaglio etching (chiné collé) by Coast Salish artists. Commissioned by the Salish Weave Collection between 2008 and 2010.

Silkscreen print on white paper. The square artwork shows the large green face of a frog. Black and white eyes are large and round, light green nose is wide, mouth smiles widely and displays a hanging red tongue. Forehead is delineated with a curving tan line, as are body and legs at bottom.
