Portion of a box (?) design on transparent paper, glued to a larger piece of card stock. Design has diagonal eye ovoid, pointed eyelid lines contain double 'eyes'; below narrow lip band, a stylized human with bent brows, pointed eyelid lines, large shaded pupil, narrow lip band, exposed teeth; curvilinear line below mouth joins to hand with outward facing palm; angled salmon-trout-head at side on right of human; split u forms and ovoids around major components. Hole in upper corner on left; ink letters and number six in upper corner on right.
