llguus (Mat)

Rectangular mat with a very fine weave. There are several bands composed of three dark strands through both the warp and weft. The bands intersect at regular intervals, creating a grid-like pattern. The edges are finished on warp strands by folding over and securing with a stitch. The edges are finished on weft strands by folding over and reweaving back into the body.
