Model of an old calendrical device. A clog almanac was a calendar formerly used in England made by cutting notches and figures on the four edges of a square block of hard wood.
Narrative
The notches on the wood represent the sequential order of week days as they happened to have occurred during 1911. Sundays are marked by deep notches. The bottom is inscribed with the following text: "MODEL OF CLOG ALMANAC.
