Basket

A small open basket, which is round at the mouth and square at the base. Body weave of the basket is over one/under one. There are six coloured strands woven into the body of the basket. There is a band of red between two bands of dark brown, with each band of colour made up of two strands of bark. The rim of the basket has a different weave pattern and is thicker than the body. The square base is of the same weave as the body, made from wider strands of bark than the body.
