Forgery for collectors. Earlier coins (Kangxi and before), used Chinese and Manchu mintmarks on the same coin.
Physical description
Coin, round, with a four-sided hole at the centre, a rim around the outer edge and a centre hole. The obverse has four characters, and the reverse has two characters. Xianfeng tongbao (top-bottom-right-left) in formal style Chinese characters on obverse; dung left in Manchu, dong right in Chinese (mintmark) on reverse. Extra metal on outer rim top, left; extra metal inside centre hole; rough surfaces.
