xiigya (Bracelet)

Silver bracelet consisting of outer surface covered entirely with carved design. Very small background area is covered with diagonal lines. Main animal image is a beaver at centre, facing front, along with eagle, sculpin and frog figures within the body of the beaver. Most of the inside of the bracelet is covered by inscription reading ‘Edenshaw/7IDansuu Memorial and Chieftainship Potlatch, Aug. 27/28/29 1999. Eagle, Beaver, Sculpin & Frog. Bracelet ends don't meet at back. Edges are slightly rounded.
