Basket is woven by men and used by women to hold their spun cotton for weaving. It is hung around the neck.

Physical description

Small basket with rounded edges and a four-corner bottom. Rim is also round. The basket is twilled and has two small handles to which are attached a strap. The basket is very brittle, especially the strap, which is cracking.
