Physical description

Grey pencil drawing on horizontal rectangular sheet of ivory paper of the seasonal cycle. Image consists of three rows. In the upper row there is a snow house on the left with a chimney with smoke coming out of it. Resting on the entrance of the snow house is a snow shovel and a kakivak. A woman is about to enter the house and behind her is a man. To the right a hunter approaches dragging a seal. In front of the seal is a dog. On the middle row is a woman ice fishing with a windbreak. She is in the act of pulling a fish out of the hole. To the right is a man also ice fishing with a windbreak. He is using a kakivak. In front of him is a fish and behind him is a snow knife. To the right is a sled with two dogs attached. On the bottom row is a tattooed woman poking her head out of a skin tent. There appears to be a dog head behind and above the tent. To the right is a small boy using a bow and arrow to hunt. To the right is a man's torso facing the left, then a man's torso with his arms lifted above his head facing right. In the centre is a man's torso facing right. To the right is a siksik (ground squirrel) standing on its legs and further right still a bird sitting on the ground.
