Narrative

Pants of this style, with short legs and wide hips, are distinctive of the Pisac area and the Urubamba Valley. They have wide waist bands with belt loops to accommodate the wide belts worn in pairs or threes.

Physical description

Short, black, hand woven wool pants with v-shape opening at the front. The legs are cut straight with triangular orange flares on the outer edge. There are small slit openings at each upper side.
