Temple banners

Collected by the paper making library & museum, Tokyo, between 1957 and 1959.

Rectangular white cloth with dyed designs. There is a Japanese woman with one hand raised, dressed in a dark blue and green robe with a brown and red obi. The robe has white characters overall. There are two selvage edges and two raw edges.
