Physical description

A rectangular paper design sheet with a grid pattern. One vertical row of blue filled in figures with a few X's for accents and numbers in pencil. Main design starting from the top to the bottom is consisting of the following: a bird, a whale with an open mouth, and a whale with a downturned head.
