Physical description

A double layer of padding in blue checkered cotton fabric is tied to a flat rectangular piece of wood with an incised pattern on the exposed surface. A short band of blue floral material is sewn on to the cover of the top pad. A cord is wrapped around the ends of the pad, hooked into notches in the board. The incised pattern is very faint, the cuts are very shallow; the pattern is rough, rectangular in in shape, without regularity.
