Plate

Plate with scene of Shinto procession in polychrome and gold, rim has geometric border with rectangle and diamond motif in black, gold, and red, and is slightly lobed. Has gilt inscription on underside of base with chrysanthemum decoration on underside. (Gion Festival, Kyoto)
