Two coats of arms signify the joining of two families. The inscription reads DSPS Hafner Hans Jacob Hedinger und Margreta Heimacherin sein Ehgemahl. This tile would have been placed at the top of the stove.

White shield-shaped earthenware tile with ornate scrolled relief rim. There is a double shield coat of arms in centre beneath the inscription "DSPS Hafner Hans Jacob Hedinger und Margreta Heimacherin sein ehgemahl". Flanked by the date "1701". Long support with hole in back.
