Stonecut Print
Physical description
Small stonecut print on thin paper depicting six Inuit people, four facing and two in profile, who are playing a ball game. The two ball players in profile have each thrown two balls in the air. Forming a semi-circle, the four figures facing us have five balls on the ground in front of them. The background is black and the figures are enclosed in a thin line. Three seals circle the line and four tail fins of large fish protrude from it. The artist’s name has been written in the right corner.
