Physical description
Clay handle-ridge jug; orange, grainy fabric full of white limestone particles and dark grits giving the surface a speckled appearance, and a very small amount of fine silver mica. Surface has a rough porous feel. Poorly preserved orange semi-lustrous gloss, slightly darker than body clay. Traces of dark red paint in places. Low ring foot, globular body, tall narrow neck with small handle ridge, large flat rim, vertical handle from ridge to shoulder.
