ambi lan (Apron)

chief's apron

Dark blue apron with a main design in the centre of two bear paws outlined in red chain stitch embroidery with five light yellow claws. Beneath the paws are machine-stitched red and blue fabric bands; attached below these is a hide fringe of elongated triangles hung with brass thimbles and deer hooves at the centre. The bottom edge of the apron has a red band with three green-grey fabric stripes machine stitched across the apron width and a hide fringe and deer hooves attached.
