Bedfordshire-Buckinghamshire Point Ground and Maltese Pillow Lace-Making Collection.

Thin, cylindrical wooden bobbin with beads (part r). There is a knob at one end with a wire loop and five beads of various sizes in yellow, blue and dark green with yellow swirls. The other end has a flared tip and a recessed area for thread containing white thread. The shaft has a wide centre groove.
