Round, square centre hole, outer and inner rims on both sides, 4 characters on obverse, 2 characters on reverse; khang hi thong bao in Chinese characters, read top-bottom-right-left on obverse; reverse has Manchu words boo yuwan (board of works) left-right; extra metal in centre hole.
