Physical description

Ivory-coloured, smooth plastic shuttle is ovoid in shape, with tapered ends, and consists of two pieces, joined together at the center with an oblong post; the two pieces curve inward so that they come together at the ends. One end is sharply pointed. White silk gymp thread is wound around the center post.
