Collected by the paper making library & museum, Tokyo, between 1957 and 1959.

Rectangular green cloth with dyed designs. The image is of five white kokeshi dolls of various sizes, with red, brown and black details. At the upper right area are columns of Japanese writing in white. There is a black and white rectangle with black writing near the bottom. There are two selvage edges and two raw edges.
