Temple banners

Collected by the paper making library & museum, Tokyo, between 1957 and 1959.

Rectangular green cloth with dyed designs. There are five white Kokeshi dolls of various sizes with red, brown and black details on green ground. Along one edge are columns of white Japanese writing. There is a white-black rectangle with black writing in a lower corner. There are two selvage edges and two raw edges.
