Fan

Summer fan, round or folding, can be carried throughout the summer by men as well as women. The folding fan is seen more often at the theatre or on the street as it can be tucked into the kimono or obi more easily.

Folding fan with thirteen inner ribs of split bamboo and two bamboo parent ribs. Covered on both sides with paper, one side white with shiny surface, the other two-thirds orange and one-third white, painted in silver and black with design of birds and branches. White plastic rivet.
