Bowl

Wood carving is undertaken by men who are highly respected artisans. Bowls are made from wild fig and mvua trees which are extremely hard and durable. They are used for retrieving, carrying, and storing water, and for use by people and cattle. The Karamojong use wood exclusively for watering cattle.
