Arm Ornament

Pair of armbands, each consisting of a leather band decorated with dyed red and off-white quills and finished at the top with a band of red cloth. Each has seventeen strips of leather tightly decorated with quills hanging vertically from the bottom of the leather band, and each strip has two metal cones attached at the end with a tuft of red wool emerging from each.
