Square, red clay plate with raised edges. Bottom area and a 3.5 cm angled strip along top side are unglazed. Diamond and line pattern is indented into clay on rear half of top surface. Red-brown and yellow flower with green stem and blue-green leaves painted on front half of top surface. Gold circle towards rear corner of top surface. Signature(?) stamped into bottom of plate.
