Cod Hook

Codfish hook, spruce root carved and steamed into "u"-shape. One arm end carved with tapering knob (for securing leader line). Fragments of twisted cedar root line attached. Other arm end re-curved inward and sharpened to a point. Point section lashed with cedar root.
