Acquired from the Marion Scott Gallery during a 1983 World Anthropology Conference in Vancouver.
Physical description
Miniature moon mask representation. Face at centre with ring bordering it. Outer edge of ring is black, which continues over edge of mask and onto the back. Inner ring has repeating white ovoid shapes bordered by green, and inlaid with abalone. Face has green around eyes and extending down bridge of nose. Downturned mouth, nostrils and outline of eyes in red. Back of mask is undecorated except for solid black band around outer edge. Hand-written artist inscription on back.
