Bowl
Physical description
Round ceramic bowl. Mouth is wide, body curving slightly to the foot. The exterior is carved in bas-relief with sea creatures, including a variety of fish, a starfish, and a seahorse, swimming amongst ocean plant life. The raised portions are glazed a dark orange, while the undercut surface is a light cerulean blue. The interior is also glazed in the light blue, with a spray of orange near the rim.
