Physical description

Three pencil rubbings of a beaver design glued to a larger piece of card stock. First image, narrow at side on left and wide at side on right, frontal head (only half shown) has split u form ear above eye ovoid; rectangular projection with three equidistant circles, above circular nostrils; wide mouth with teeth, tongue protrudes; curled foreleg claw next to mouth. Grey-black stains on surface; small case 'a' in ink at side on right. Second image, overlaps first at lower corner on left, faint detail of beaver's eye, nostrils and mouth. Grey-black stains on surface; small case 'b' in circle in ink at side on right. Next to second image is a detail of the beaver's mouth; small case 'c' in circle in ink at side on right; grey-black staining. Hole in upper corner on left; "b-1" written at upper corner on right; numerical equations at side on right.
