Whale in oval, on paper; side on left folds over and covers part of design. Whale's head has a shaded eye ovoid, pointed eyelid line, ovoid pupil, crosshatched v shape between eye and ovoid nostril, teeth bared, u form with crosshatching for gill, u form with crosshatching below chin, and narrow joining between head and curved body. Body has two u forms with crosshatching, tail flukes curved under body, and pectoral fin below. Short lines around rim of design. Design torn at crease. Tape encases side on left. Taped to support paper. On reverse of support paper, pencil outline of human figure, head and torso only.
