gretelfissure (Hairpiece)

The donor's own hair. It would be worn with the braids across the top of the head, about an inch back from the hairline. Worn as part of a costume. MOA Archives has a photograph of the donor wearing the costume.

Pair of medium brown human hair braids, secured at the top with tightly wound black thread and cotton tape. Secured at the bottoms with tightly wound black thread. Thick at the top end, tapering to the bottom. Small bow of black velvet ribbon at the top end.
