This form is found in Moche and Recuay ceramics. The surface has been pitted by windblown sand. Said to be from a grave lot at a blown out site in the upper Chao Valley.

Physical description

Model flared buffware bowl with flared rim and scalloped lip. The surface is rough and pitted.
