Wall Calendar

Physical description

A long, vertically rectangular calendar that has two horizontal rows of six months side-by-side on the lower portion split in half at either side having the year 1993 in between them and an image on the upper portion. Calendar is in English in black with Sundays in pink. The main part of the calendar has the image of the deity Laxmi sitting on a throne supported by an elephant at each side. Her four hands are holding, from the upper right clockwise, a container with a plant, a pink lotus, strewn coins, and an open palm with a pink flower. Her left leg is cross-legged while her right leg is resting downward with the foot on a lotus pedestal. She is wearing a jewelled headdress, necklaces, and clothing with pink flowers along the trim. In red, above, there reads 'PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD.' In the lower left corner, there is a pink rectanular box that reads 'FEVICOL SYNTHETIC ADHESIVES'. There is a metal support folded over the top and bottom edges and a flat braided blue-grey fibre loop attached at the top back centre.
