dentcheriyak (Earring)

Worn by women of high rank. Older women will wear as many as four, two in each ear.

Earring composed of an open circular hook at the top which merges into a cylindrical shaft. Silver wire is wound around the shaft, and the shaft ends in an ovoid finial with four indents.
