Narrative

Purchased in June 1978 from a vendor on the street near the Santa Clara arch, the street leading into the Cuzco Indian market.

Physical description

Long, blue socks (parts a-b) detailed with a lozenge pattern and defined outlines for the heel and toes. The socks are wrapped with a yellow, navy, cream and red paper label reading ‘ Orlon Especial; Miriam; Garantia U Calidad’.
