George, Frank (c. 1876 - 1939)

Frank George (wax̆ʷwɛt) was x̆omaɬku (Homalco). Barnett stated, "Frank’s father had been born on Toba Inlet (Klahoose Tribe) but had moved to Bute Inlet because his mother had come from there. Frank’s mother Martha George (nee: Timothy) was ɬəʔamɛn (Sliammon Tribe) born. (Barnett, H.G. 1955. "The Coast Salish of British Columbia" p.8). Frank's daughter was Josephine Wilson (nee George); his granddaughter was Marion Harry (qoq̓ʷɛssukʷt).
