Marston, Luke (1976 - )

Luke Marston (Ts’uts’umutl) is a member of the Stz'uminus (Chemainus) Nation. His parents introduced him to carving and he learned Salish history and traditional stories from Simon Charlie. He honed his talents in form, design and finishing while working with Haida-Nisga'a artist Wayne Young and he spent time researching and studying old Salish works in the historical collections of museums.
